These terms are an agreement between RIKAI株式会社 ("we") and the organization that creates a RirekiHub workspace ("you"). By creating a workspace or using RirekiHub, you accept them.
1. The service
RirekiHub lets sending organizations keep their candidates' CVs, videos and documents, produce Japanese 履歴書 and share them with clients through protected links.
2. Your account
You must be a sending organization, and the person who signs up must be allowed to act for it. Give accurate details, keep passwords private and manage who is a member of your workspace. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace.
3. Your data and your candidates
You keep all rights to the data you put into RirekiHub. You allow us to store, process and display it only to provide the service to you and to the clients you share it with.
You confirm that you have the right to collect your candidates' personal data, including sensitive data such as health, and to share it with clients in Japan, and that you have informed your candidates or obtained their consent as the law requires. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data and for choosing who receives each link.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use RirekiHub to break the law, to publish false or misleading information about candidates, to send spam, to share data you have no right to share, or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service. Follow the laws that apply to your business, including labour-migration and data-protection laws.
5. Free of charge
RirekiHub is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance, and you can export your data before deciding.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep RirekiHub available and secure, but we provide it "as is", without a guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove features, and we will tell you in advance about changes that significantly affect you.
7. Suspension and ending
We may lock a workspace that breaks these terms, puts others at risk or is the subject of a legal request; we will tell you why unless the law prevents it. You can stop using RirekiHub at any time and ask us to delete your workspace. Export what you need first.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost business or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where RIKAI株式会社 is registered. We will first try to settle any dispute by talking with you; if we cannot, the competent courts of that country will decide.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We post the new version here with its date and tell workspace administrators by email about important changes. If you keep using RirekiHub after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.
